Where is my book?
You should have received your ebook download in your inbox. If you can’t find it, try these steps:
- Check your spam/junk folder.
- Confirm the email address you used at checkout. The book will be delivered to the same email address used at checkout.
- If you still don’t see it, email jenny@jennyjonesphd.com and I can help you get your download link!
How do I download my ebook?
My ebooks are delivered by jenny@jennyjonesphd.com to the email address used at checkout. You’ll see a link to download the book in that email. When you click that link it’ll take you to BookFunnel, my ebook delivery platform. Click ‘Get My Book’. From there, you’ll be able to choose which type of device you’ll be reading the book on and get instructions specific to your e-reader.
Is there a reading order?
Not yet, but soon! The Orphan Race is the first full-length novel in the ZOMENOS series and can be read before or after my novelette and novella in the same series.
Where can I post a review?
- on my direct store (navigate to the product page for the book in question)
- Goodreads (coming soon)
- wherever you purchased the book
I already have a preferred retailer. Can I order your book from them?
You absolutely can, although I would really appreciate and encourage you to buy my book directly from me! This site is run by me, Jenny, and 100% of any purchase you make here goes directly to support my next book. Retailers take a percentage of an author’s profit, and it can be as high as 70%. That said, The Orphan Race will be available at all retailers on release day.
I placed a pre-order. Now what?
Thanks for your support! You’ll receive a confirmation email from jenny@jennyjonesphd.com to the email address used at checkout. You’ll get another email from me on release day with further instructions on how to download the book (if you ordered an ebook) or shipping information (if you ordered a print book).
Can I borrow your book from my library?
Yes! The Orphan Race will be available at your local library on release day.
